“We started in Sintra and we continue in Sintra, where urban and rural realities meet and become an attractive challenge.”

Over the years, the Valdevinos have followed a natural path, learning, teaching, entertaining... bringing to the stage many texts, some original, many by Portuguese authors and even a handful of classics of children's literature.
They seek to address different themes and techniques, use different materials, welcome all ideas and take their theater to all places, especially on an itinerant basis in schools, libraries, beaches, fairs or places that, due to their specificity, are suited to the magical spirit of the puppet.
They are based at the Casa da Marioneta de Sintra, a space that promotes a greater connection with the community, the thematic universe and the company's collection, through programmed activities of an educational and recreational nature.
