Onde está o Zeca (2024) - 64 min
Music is emotional, it touches the senses and the collective, then you can intellectualise and rationalise its impact, its discourse. Any song intervenes in a public space, because any manifestation in that space is always a political act. As well as being an author, those who make music and songs have their context, their background, their origins and their ideas. What we're trying to do here is listen to these authors and make their voices known through a collective analysis. José Afonso marked a time but he is still present. There is still this very Portuguese idea of a face, of an individual who made a mark with his vision and completely different way of doing things, who can come back and save it all, but aren't we all capable of doing that every day? Where is Zeca? Where are we?

CRASSH_DuoCircus is a show in which two characters transport the audience, in an intimate and very welcoming way, to the Crassh universe, where the most common objects in our daily lives are used to produce music, from simple melodies to complex and virtuoso rhythms. Combining a strong comedic, visual component, interaction with the audience, and circus disciplines where juggling also serves to create live music, this is a show that combines rigor with chaos, chills with fun taken to its exponent, where no one will be indifferent.
TIAGO PEREIRA, director, documentary filmmaker, broadcaster and visualist, has promoted and disseminated Portuguese music, as mentor and director of the project: "A música portuguesa a gostar dela própria", in various directions, becoming an activist, defender of collective memory and oral tradition, making films, documentary series, radio programs, music programming and events on the theme of popular culture.
WETUMTUM starts from the premise that every human being is capable of creating, participating and developing through contact with music and performance. We also believe that this ability begins at a young age, which is why we develop our artistic work in such a way that the result goes beyond contemplation. Through playful moments, we seek to achieve participatory, interactive and personal development moments.
