N-SEMBLE is a somewhat atypical ensemble. It ends up being born, albeit informally, for the time being, from the notable growing need for the SFP to be represented by a reduced number of musicians, on the one hand, and, on the other, from the taste for chamber music. Its constitution is elastic and variable and responds to the needs of the occasion, just as its repertoire is varied, which spans all periods of Western Music History.
